gd luck to selling a overly priced item....do u even see world of warcraft items priced that high!!?? and there isnt a large runescape community here. Most of them are teenagers,the minority are adults.You will be able to sell it though it will take quite a long time

No one's willing to fork out enough money to buy a laptop/PC on that.
Buying a hat,as forumites have quoted,for 1700 is akin to paying that amount for a small pack of hell notes. -
