hi trix, understood how you feel.. but when you go ebay and auctions.. everyone is selling burnt copies.. in a harsh way, what could you do to them?
consumer wise, if you could get something of cheap compared to something expensive, you would, as a singaporean too.. if tricks was a friend of mine, he bought the DVDs online, and lent it to me, then i enjoyed it, and showed my friends, which in turn they took the original DVD and showed to others.. is it wrong?
Personally i enjoy watching magic shows, and not that im mastering it anyway.
Tricks are man made knowledge, its meant to fool people, its not real anyway, so.. i see them as animes, a form of entertainment.. to you it might mean the world though.. shrug..
Anyway, i digress, hopefully you don't go around posting people as losers when they are just finding means to generate income for themselves.. he might have bought the DVDs online at original rated price. Even torrents also need time and electricity to download you know?
So trix, i always tot you were pretty cool guy, i came in no offense, just thought maybe being filled with self justice in here does not make piracy any lesser. You very sure everything on ur PC/CDROM/DVD/game/video/VCD/CD rack is pure, original and you never downloaded porn? Then ho, you must be from a very rich family... and a very pure guy.
PS: Valentining alone at home sure make people go cranky at times.

No misunderstanding here, I bought the videos online through downloads. Therefore the file quality is original, I just feel thad i'm selling the videos to other people just in this way.

In the first place,
If his files are indeed legal, he does not possess any rights to perform the respective tricks after he has sold the video files.
Since they are "animes, a form of entertainment.. to you it might mean the world though.. shrug..", why are you trying to buy them? If you never had the intention to master it, what do you plan to do after you have got the videos?
Try to heckle magicians and give the false illusion to people that you are smart? -
Hello there, if you downloaded a trick from the website, it might not be safe you resell it. Unless you buy the DVD. Which is mailed to you. If not, you will still be sued by copyright law. I am also a magician so i know whats correct and whats not. So, unless you have the DVD itself, which means not the downloaded from ellusionist version, please do not sell it. Thanks!

Dude, he does not download it for free! He pays and download it. Which means he bought the soft copy. Meaning he did not get the DVD version which ellusionist will do shipping to you. He paid online and download it instantly from ellusionist. So you mean you are burning them on a CD and selling them? This is not allowed then. It is considered piracy. If you bought it as an original DVD, you can sell them. Which means ellusionist only sold him the soft copy. The soft copy if burned on a CD and being sold, copyright law will be enforced! He does not have the original DVD. He only has the downloaded version from Ellusionist. Its soft copy. Anyways, honestly tell you, don't get stuff like inside magic and Crash course. They are very useless DVDs. Somemore Ellusionist selling at a very expensive price. If you want, you can just get MINDBENDER. I have mindbender. But not deciding to sell it.
