  jetcool: yes, prices inclusive of GST. for the psp giving one month personal warranty, because warranty voided due to upgrading the firmware to v3.1 oe.

  its much better than 1.5. 1.5 you'll need a special program to play such games, for this one, all you need to do is upload whatever you want in the mspd. other firmware versions that can be used include 3.02 oe, 3.03 oe, etc.
