  yes..i juz asking...cuz got one shop offer me this price
  value pack
  version 2.71
  can upgrade to 3.10 oec but still can play chiong games
  some more include one gig memory stick.
  worth it not?

  oec of coz can play iso games...
  
  is the loader included, or u have to downgrade urself...

  wad is a loader?
  for all i know
  the guy is helping me downgrade..set up wifi..tune the psp until it can play any homebrewss like the ps1 and gba emulator
  free games are also provided .

  cuz this shop right...i last time almost every week go his shop buy games de...now no haf liao..cuz dun dare sell as tio raid too many times already
