Looking for a room to rent

Hi I am working in Tuas, so I am looking for a condo room near the MRT to rent around the west side. Likely places would be Bukit Batok, Jurong East, Chinese Gardens, Lakeside, or Tiong Bahru.
My budget is $500, all in (inclusive internet, tv and utilities charges) although I am flexible. Don't mind small maid or utility room, but must have window.
MUST LOVE DOGS. If you already have one I volunteer to walk your dog for you sometimes
