  I n my friends (total 6-7 ppl) are finding new place to stay. "by June"
  
  Prefer 4+1
  Budget 2k-2.5k
  area: near town or town

  got a mansion ( 4 rooms ) in tampiness, very near central
  
  but does not suit the location that you want leh

  With that price u can rent service apartment in orange grove...but yeah.. u want 4 rooms... so cannot...
  
  try chinatown area... or tjg pgr...maybe u can make do with 3+1.. or 2+1

  I've check "orange grove" earlier, my fren ask for condo.
  I tried search orange grove condo but the price is crazy.
  
  most of us not prefer Chinatown n tjg pgr(stayed last time)

  hmm cheapest in orang grove is 2k plus.. but... 1+1 hmm... if u want near town... then try central green in tiong baru... less than 10 mins drive to town...
  
  and its in neighbourhood area... so shldnt be tat ex... the place is nice too!

  we've seen some apt there (3+1) but we don't like then can't take the house lo. sigh*
  
  do u knew some hse to be rented (3+1 oso ok) near novena/ newton/ somerset/ boon keng/ braddell? most of us prefer dat area coz it's best location for all of us.

  if the room is big then can fit 3 ppl mah.
  but still prefer 4+1 lo.. more convenience
  
  anyway, my current house 3+1 but can stay 7-8 ppl mixed.
