renting a room

  hi i'm renting out at room at jurong west st 42.mansionette house, room is on 2nd floor.house is low level.indian family of 3.if single person charge is $300, double is $400 together.got aircon.

  got telephone jack/cable vision jack so you can have your connection too but you ownself deal de.

  no contract one lah, but you need to pay 1 mth advance.den when you dont want to stay at my place le, the last mth payment waived.
  
  if you still interested just pm me, if got ppl le i tell you lo.if you're singaporean i think ic can liao, if foriegner need the documents.

  i stayed at block 548 for like 11 years lol. nice place with the 'tuck seng'( dont know how to spell) shop opened by the 3 brothers.

  I don't know if it's still there lol. I stayed there since I was born till 11 yr old. I'm 18 now hahaha.
