  Oh yes, the version is 3.03 OE-C, which means that you can hard flash themes and whatnot into your PSP. Also, the board is not a TA, so you can just upgrade whenever you wish. Will throw in the PSP cover also.
  
  Also, I don't mind trading it for a NDS Lite with a R4 =)

  Yes it can play friendly games, and no UMDs with me as my set can do UMD emulation.
