hi want to buy a 2nd hand psp. budget abt 200.
specifications:
-v3.4. modded is a bonus.
-at most 2 mths old.
-no scratches on psp, most importantly screen.
-at the least standard pack. additional accessories and stuff will be great.
-seller willing to meet up for trade and testing of psp set before trade.
i'm not sure how much it costs to upgrade firmware. if it doesnt cost much i might be alright with buying then upgrading.
