  it mentioned 2+1 HOUSE .. not 2+1 ROOM.
  
  so i guess 2+1 HOUSE means it a HDB 3 room flat.
  
  S$320 is for 1 room. since there is 2 rooms, i guess it means she wants to rent out the other room.
  
  S$320 including internet and utilities is a good deal. and i suppose u get to use the hall too ...
