  I need recommendation or referal from personal experience. I do have one lawyer from Lee&Lee on my list though, seems like it's good. But Lee & Lee was formed by SM Lee... Will the lawyers in the firm be politically motivated such as to become compromising on its responsibility to give its clients undivided loyalty, no matter how guilty the client seems?

  You must have a lot of connection before you can find him. If I am not wrong, I read somewhere that he's one nice lawyer also help people de. TNP or ST got an article on him.
