  Thanks for the interest in the camera.
  
  Here are the answers to your doubts:
  1) The condition is superb - tip top condition.
  No scratches.
  No dirt marks.
  Never dropped.
  Everything will go as good as new... with the original boxes (even for the additional 32 mb compact flash card)
  
  2) I am not sure about the warranty... but I think the warranty period is just over.. (that's why I am giving it up for less than half price) but, honestly, this camera has never given me any problems...
