BUT u do make good points on some of your postsxD xbox360 is all about Xbox Live, no matter how new your xbox360 is, modding it voids its warranty which is really stupid considering how almost every xbox360 encounters hardware failure sooner or later.
but for those that dont mind purchasing one without warranty/xboxlive, its really worth buying a 360 cause of its games
