watch with mp3,
its a traditional watch but plays mp3 but you have to connect earphone to it. The latter one comes with bluetooth.
mp4 ... i dun think there is a standard for it.. haha. Well, its means you can watch video on your watch!
the first version is a 1.5: TFT version and the bigger screen at 1.8" TFT version which is a little too big if you are not a big wrist guy.

battery consumption, size?

too small. anyway it's a chore to have earphones jutting out so or have speakers tat is loud yet does not distract others....
and anyway a watch is usually meant to be all-weather and rugged, or at least in most cases. it's still best to keep them inside ur bag or sth.
maybe GPS with map would help. -

there is no mp3 watches to date.. but there is Bluetooth™ watches
