Renting: 1 room flat!

  Hi, my dad's company is renting a 1 room flat for his workers to stay.
  
  Looking for any area in Singapore, no preference, if I'm not wrong.
  
  Rent should be from $800 onwards, please kindly PM me if you have a 1 room flat for rent ASAP, or if you have friends or lobangs for it.

  1 room flats are all rental flats..can go to hdb and try..the only owned ones are at block 33 at bukit ho swee..gonna be demolished soon anyway

  Cannot sublet to you lar....you Singaporean or Martian?
  
  HDB rent at super discount rates for low-income, they are not allowed to sublet to individuals.

  I'm very curious ... $800 - 1k can rent a 3 room flat in ulu areas leh...
  
  Why want to find 1-room, when its not allowed in the first place.

  Is that so? Hmm, I think if $800 can get 3 rooms flat, my Dad won't mind... any lobang? 'Cause agents want 50% of the rental as commission leh.

  I think the situation should be like my dad lor, cause my dad is a singaporean mah, he rent le then let his workers stay in the flat?
