Well at the very least my $29.90 helicopters are able to fly not only up and down n turn on the spot but also can fly forward and even turn left n right in mid air . 3 channel just give you more channel to use for multiple heli flying . I think the person whom really don't know is you since you don't even know how to control your $100+ heli to fly forward . So since you say 2 channel is used for the main rotor and tail rotor then why don't you explain to me the 3rd channel is used for what ? Your brain to synchronise with the heli ? And what abt 4 channel ? To synchronise your hand , brain with your heli ? .

Obviously you dunnoe anything abt r/c heli and its channels . Since you keep saying without a gyroscope the heli can't move forward then untill now you still can't explain why are those cheap r/c heli able to move forward and turn left n right with only a single channel without a gyroscope . Stop trying to pretend to know when you don't know anything at all . You're just the type of " sour grape " pple , meaning you couldn't get your heli to fly forward nor turn left and right so you chose to condem those cheap r/c heli just to save your own face and cover for your own incompetence . And last but not least pple are buying the r/c heli's meaning they know that what you are saying is just not true at all . Because they have seen for themself the real deal instead of someone using words to cover for their own ignorance . Pple knows how to see and test for themself , instead of listening to someone covering their own backside .

TS can you post something better ? Like your heli flying forward in a steady pace instead of swirling ard ? By the way mr nicky you can always go to carefour to watch their demos on the spot at the toys dept . I bought mine from there after watching them demo .

Well i bought mine at carfour in suntec city for $29.90 and it looks very much like the one the TS is offering but mine has only 1 channel thats why i been rebuking the other ignorance fella regarding the channel and gyroscope issue , but definitely can fly forward , its just a matter of how you meddle with the controls as a you can't expect a heli to function like a car as it has this hover ability . so generally when u push up , the heli will go up hovering and the left n right direction is to control whether you want the tail to turn clockwise or counter clockwise for turning during flight .
From my point of view and control , the channel is just to let you fly your own heli together with other pple using the same model together and is not a issue of whether can fly forward or not . The more channel your controller has , the more heli you can play with your friends . For example if you have 3 channels , mean you can have up to 3 pple flying their same model of heli together with you each using a different channel of frequencies to control it so as the signal will not interfere with each other . But of cos the danger of colliding with each other is also higher .
As for flying it forward , for me i just have to lower my up down controller abit then raise it up also abit and maintain there and it will fly forward at the same height n speed . From there you will have to learn how to make it turn . When you want to make it turn , you just have to turn the left right controller left or right depending on which direction you want your heli to turn ( clockwise or counterclockwise ) and of cos if you want your heli to just turn a bit , you do not push the controller all the way right or left but just push a bit then maintain there until it reach the direction you want then release otherwise it will keep turning round and round like what you see in the video . The more expensive your heli is , the more function it has for you to tune it . Like the speed to raise up/down the ground or maybe the engine speed to counter the wind force . And also some of those better type of heli can be used to fly upside down and many other stunts but that of cos also depends on your skill . If you still have any questions feel free to ask as i'm also still learning more abt r/c heli and will be glad to read up on the webby on r/c heli to answer your questios . -

I used that YOUTUBE video cos I wanted to show potential buyers who might be new to such helicopters that twirling happens when they r unfamiliar with controlling the heli. Also the wind conditions constitute to such scenarios. Careful tweaking of the potentiameter can help stabilize the heli.
I am not sure if Carrefour can demo 9093 and 251 indoor as it is more suitable for outdoor flying.
The Syma 606 which you got is similar to 9093 but much smaller in size. That's why they could demo 606 indoor. Thanx bro.
