  TS, u should bring the price of the macbook pro to well below 2k if want to sell it cos apple is updating the macbook pro on Jan 15 which means that not many would want to buy it.

  not only updating, but they will be releasing a cheaper macbook 'pro', most likely below the 3k range. previously consumers were tied with deciding betw a not so stylo macbook and the much much pricier macbook pro. with this new aluminium ultra thin macbook book, apple has introduced a new price point which actually covers a large percentage of market demand.
