Making balloons using HELIUM gas

  Hi,
  
  I'm organizing a Xmas party and need to make balloons using helium gas (so that the balloons can float).
  
  Anyone knows who can sell/offer helium gas tanks to me to make the balloons?

  if i not wrong..it cost $500 to get 1 tank
