  i dont actually have dumbells but a friendly tip. are you looking for metal or plastic ones? Because plastic ones are cheaper but none adjustable ( cant change the weight )

  i have a pair of kettler 4kg-4kg dumbbell for sale also.. its rubber coated and is sleek yellow in colour. dimension is also pretty small and space saving cuz its coated with iron inside..

  You want very cheap one, can make easily
  
  Get 2 1.5 litres bottle, then go beach and fill up with sand. Tie a thick string between the 2 bottles.
  
  Weight:
  Density of sand = 1780 kg/m^3
  Weight of equipment = 5.34 kg

  lol, i would want something more professional and less bulky than that.
