PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Objective-Steps Processing Management System divides tasks in
4-step 10-department doable processes to let you turn around ailing
business as follows:-
(a) Study of Ideas,
(b) Enquiry,
(c) Contracts and
(d) Contract Administration.
The idea step is processed to empower staff to brainstorm and
formulate ideas on all aspects of their work and apply solutions to
operation problems.
The enquiry step can be taken naturally to follow through any accepted ideas starting with applications of resources.
Following enquiry, staff is empowered to take actions to secure
contracts to realize opportunities pertaining to enquiry for profits.
The final step as always is to execute all business contracts to fulfill diverse operational criteria and overcome constraints.
Set up contracts of the enterprise in 10 functional departments and
in each departmental identify key tasks in 3-4 core activities for
consistent and focused project-like management thus:
Communicate all tasks in standard 4-part task-lines and process
tasks via forms (admin) and work forms (operational tasks in each
department) viz:-
1. Forms (Processing all input task-lines in 4 steps)
2. Work Forms (delegating tasks in 10 departments)
From the Work Form of each department assess performances with
inspection based on in-built schedule and communicate them as
quantified assessments of “1” (variance) “2” (attained) and “3”
(excellence) every Friday for solution with coordination and mass
knowledge application.
A clearance Form is used to coordinate inter-departmental
operations to avoid double-handling, mishaps, security and fire risks
etc.
The above-stated processing of task variances can easily be looked
after via a call centre to handle all problems via forms and work
forms.

Standard letters (FGL) work orders (FGW), production orders (FNO),
tender/quotations, (FQL), purchase orders (FCP), salary/remuneration
orders, (FHS), contracts, (FCP) invoices, (FAI) vouchers, (FAV) etc.

Examples of Work Forms include Work Forms (Account), (Security),
(Car Park Management), (Stock Control) (M&E) etc which will upgrade
