  bought a so-called brand new nuvi 200 from this guy who claimed hes selling brand new set. was in a rush, so just met up with him, tried the GPS, paid him $360 and went off. Box was not sealed, and it's already opened. After that, was playing with the set and noticed that the date and time was all set already. Thinking if this was really a brand new set, and then I realised there's no protective film on the LCD when my friend who bought one later on have on pasted on the LCD.

   

  I am also into sales and have my own business. you claimed you open the set to set the time and date to test before you sell to customer. So if I sell you a hp, but i open first to test and try first to make sure it's working properly, after then I sell you, will you buy the set?

   

  Either you sell me a re-con set or used set, and sell me at $360. I am okay with the price, as long as I get what I paid, but it doesn't seem like it.

   

  So buyer who's interested to buy, better ask first before you decide and check everything!
