  jb 10 ringets equal less than $5 sing price was a few months back but dont get caught

  $10 is considered cheap liao...my house downstairs (Tampines) is selling one for $12... Another shop in tamp central is selling at $20+... Guess the rent's more at there expensive lah...haha~
