hi i just wanted to share my experience in case some of you may consider using Borderlinx for shipping for your sprees...
BDL has increased their pricing (and it is very expensive!) and I am now stuck with a very expensive shipment with them. Based on the same weight that I ordered with them previously, their price has increased by 60%!!! that's very exhorbitant, TOO MUCH if you ask me. And their customer service has not been helpful at all. Right now, Vpost and Comgateway are much much more cheaper than Borderlinx and I really regret placing my most recent order through borderlinx because i wasnt given notice of their price increase when i placed my order.
too late for me now but im hoping to warn others to be careful about placing orders with them. just so you know, my mistake of using their service is going to cost me $700 -- when the last time i ordered with them it only cost me $100. I didnt expect the price to go up that much-- thought at most id be paying only double.
somemore the customer service reps say theres nothing they can do as I was supposed to be aware of their price increase which they say the notice is no longer posted on their site.
