batteries is like sanyo eneloop. used lest than 5 times. 2 AA can sustain 300 pics even a month since it was recharged(my own experience, not advertisemen).
charger is better than most of the ones you bought in a AA-charger package in super market.
selling them coz i sold my DC, no use now.
