  to Zyber: you think properly then bid bah, i also don't wanna deal with potentially wishy washy buyers, very troublesome in my experience. Not saying you but to everybody and anybody who deal with this type will be sian. I just had to deal with some idiot who msged me 20 times in 1 afternoon and in the end pull out.  All i can say is if anyone not sure, then don't bid.

  My offer is what it is. I believe the pricing is much better than if you buy this setup outside now on your own. That's all i can say.
