Another dumb post by you again.
Which sentence of mine could you derive that I'm trying to be a civil vigilante and think that my little act can rid the world of problems.
Do point out. Else you are really like what you said... you are similar to those farkers who post trash and waste bandwidth on that already-so-stupidified online portal called STOMP.
Oh ya, next time do think well before posting, else you fark yourself again without realising it.

Yours is the penultimate of dumbness here.
You want the sentence? I give it to you.

More than just a sentence. Nothing to do rite? Then do this kind of stupid thing by "giving feedback to HCI". I can't think of any other reason why anyone would want to tell the school about this WITHOUT ANY AGENDA. Well it is obvious your very intention, is to bring this up to the school, and initiate a school investigation into this, having read the newspapers about copyrights and such.
Well, to a person who has nothing better to do, and raise it to HCI for fun, don't bother hiding behind a veil pretending your vigilante act was just to raise awareness to the school. I bet others are not so stupid to fall for your trick either.
It's already obvious that your English fails you terribly.
First, you don't even understand my sentences, and attempt feebly to twist it to suit yourself.
Second, you just have to use such English: "I can't imagine anyone more dumber than people"
In addition, you like to pull facts out of nowhere and point it to me.
Try again. How is raising feedback to a school the same as being a civil vigilante and thinking that my little act can rid the world of problems.
Think carefully before posting another dumb post again hor.
And since you are talking about agenda, is there any reason why you are defending TS WITHOUT ANY AGENDA? That's already very suspicious.
Obviously you are in cahoots with TS in selling copyrighted stuff?
Or are you the civil vigilante you are talking about, thinking that your little post here can stop the world from giving feedbacks? How noble of you. "I bet others are not so stupid to fall for your trick either."

Again, you are just deluding yourself.
Online, as long as I get my point clear, I see no point in writing down in full, or post grammatically correct answers.
I don't need to feebly twist your words. They are already twisted. I pull my facts out of nowhere? OK. Now tell me what facts did I pull out of nowhere. Don't play mind games with me. It doesn't work.
How is raising feedback to a school be the same as being a civil vigilante and thinking that your little act can rid the world of problems?
Simple. Isn't informing the school authorities about such information the work of a civil vigilante, especially being that this was posted on an online public forum? I am saying, if you think your little act of informing the school authorities, "sabo-ing" and implicating this student(or ex-student) here will go very far, then go ahead.
Westerners say Singaporeans are quick to judge. I am seeing one right here, right now.
Agenda? Oh for goodness sakes, I am a student as well. I don't sell or duplicate notes for profit, neither do I even share mine. Me defending the TS?
BECOZ WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS MORALLY WRONG.
I shan't reply and respond to trolls like you. It is obvious in your agenda in hijacking this "marketplace" thread to show your senseless need in justifying your motive in sabo-ing the TS, and showing the world how "discerning" you are.
Wow, you are indeed to quick to judge. How confident are you that I have indeed raised feedback and sent it to the school? Just because I said I did it, you are so quick to take it as the ultimate truth?

Rubbish. Giving feedback means the work of a civil vigilante. Who taught you this again?
You contradict yourself badly. If you think those actions won't go far, then why would it be an act of vigilantism? Clearly, you are still trying to twist words to suit yourself.
And it's so obvious here that you are spending lots of energy defending TS? You a student? That's even more suspicious! Must we take it as face value that you indeed don't sell any notes, or do not plan to sell any of your school notes in the future?
BECOZ WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS MORALLY WRONG.
WOW! So SELLING OF COPYRIGHTED NOTES FOR PROFIT IS MORALLY RIGHT? Who taught you this?
And if you think it was an act of civil vigilantism, please do explain WHY CIVIL VIGILANTISM IS MORALLY WRONG.
You are digging your own grave as you post further.

Trolls like to incite others to reply.
Obviously you have committed the sin of trolls with your first sentence in your reply to me.
The more you post, the more suspicious you are of your agenda in defending TS. Not replying or responding is indeed a wise move for you, else you will just fark yourself even more.
wow
selling

Seriously, cheap shot.
Originally posted by dkcx:Trading/selling of JC/Sec sch notes etc are against copyright laws
I have just read the article.
I saw nothing specifically mentioning that selling of JC Notes are against copyright laws.
The article merely gave the usual thought-invoking questions that have no answers , such as "but is it an infringement of copyright laws, given that the notes are the efforts of the school teachers?" as well as giving the penalities possible for copyright infringement.
O.O whooaaa, cool down cool down.
It's just a simple concept of getting rid of notes you no longer need (or in a rather unrealistically optimistic way, helping others); the commotion is unnecessary.
and to the person with such a supreme, noble mind, who I must say feels to me as though he's gifted, in GEP, streamed through the IP track with flying colours to comment on me.............
chill, everyone's selling their notes online (look at stomp)/thru juniors/EVEN to teacher's children.

Yeah so if the schools decide to persue such a matter, they could consider it as against their copyright since the notes are prepared by the school etc. Just like unis can sue students who upload their notes online.

hahaha, you know what they should consider?
if they have a return-your-notes-and-get-30%-of-what-you-paid-for scheme I'd gladly return to them lol...even within sch, they're selling the notes at some mysterious bundle price that drains our class fund every 2 weeks, on top of the hefty school fees...so it's like paying 20 bucks every couple weeks for notes

Everyone doing it means it's alright to do it?
Hmmm.... No logic....

Hmmm.... Interesting... Have to agree that it's a lot of money...
In my time, juniors can just ask and get school notes for free from their seniors... Now you have to buy from seniors...
Anyway, I have to say I'm most glad for not having sold or gave away my notes last time. Reason? Shall not say ![]()

Haha i'm like taking a different field of study now LOL, so yeah, i know some ppl keep their notes just in case the uni notes aren't fantastic
we didnt have to sell our notes to the juniors hahaha, those in yr 4 will alr be doing the yr 5 topics (as compared to a non-ip jc)...BUT those who are lucky will have teachers asking if they could take over their notes (and they usually pay exceedingly good money for it despite knowing the true value haha, *hint: pls take down all the notes the lecturers say in a neat nice multicolour-coded fashion and file them* haha)
uuuuuuuuuupppppps
