Q. will i get banned using this?
A. no, the exploit was discovered in january 2007 and in the 3
years since then, nobody has been banned while using hdd of this
kind. even if MS decided to do something, they will most probably
just block access to the HDD and not ban the console, just like
what happen to the datel memory card incident. in the unlikely
event that MS blocks the hdd, i can help you convert it to a normal
usb external hdd so that at least you will still have some use with
it. ultimately it up to you to decide if its worth taking the
risk.
