- a valid membership card with Citigems and
- received a mailer from Citigems informing them of 50% discount on their birthday month [Mar/Apr] and
- not going to utilise this priviledge and
- willing to transfer this priviledge by being present at the shop with I/C and mailer and membership card, probably at Compass Point Citigems shop either on 31 Mar or 1 Apr nite ard 8pm, depending on which month birthday
