The Japanese company,
Yashica announced new Digital Compact Camera,
EZ F521, equipped with a 5-megapixel sensor and performed in resembles a cool retro camera, reminiscent of the film camera on end of the last century (which, incidentally,
Yashica once successfully produced).
Yashica EZ F521 is equipped with a lens with 42.5mm optics (with macro and landscape options), 4x digital zoom, automatic ISO, 2.4-inch LCD and built-in flash. Its storage is traditionally low (32 MB internal memory), but can be extended by using the SD/SDHC card with up to 8GB.
The
Yashica EZ F521 camera can shoot video at 640×480 pixels at up to 30 frames per second. A surprise is the ability to use the device as a webcam (for connecting to a computer used a USB interface).
The
Yashica EZ F521 is powered by three AAA batteries, which is enough to take 190 shots or 1.5 hours of video. Dimensions of the
Yashica EZ F521 camera are 110×66x48 mm and weight is 125 grams (without batteries).
The
Yashica EZ F521 can also be doubled as a webcam!
