I have here a pair of kitchen knives I am selling to cut down my unwieldy collection.
First is a 'Togiharu' 180mm Santoku with a textured hammered damascus look. There are faint scratches from use but still in excellent condition at 90%. Its freshly sharpened (by me) on a 6-8000 grit waterstone. It was ~$140 new, looking for $110 or best offer. Pic below:

Second is a Shun Classic 6" Utility. Its also in fairly good condition but the Shun logo has been buffed out when I repolished the blade to remove scratches. Its also freshly sharpened. Its $100 new looking for $70 or best offer.

Both these knives are ideal for the home cook looking to venture into high quality Japanese knives without spending a bomb. Both blades are made of VG10 steel which is a solid performing stainless steel from Japan thats easy to sharpen and can take on quite an edge.
If you want to buy both knives I can give you a special offer of $165. I also have a King 1000/6000 combination stone for sale if you are interested.
Email me at [email protected] or PM me here.
Best regards.
