  Selling off my iPod Classic as I have already got an iPhone 3GS, bought it on 11/11/2009, in excellent working condition.

  Comes with the receipt and screen protector on from day 1, still in with box/ receipt.

  comes with the usual instructions, USB charger, earphones (unused), casing and 2 FREE Griffin silicon casing

  bought for $388, going for $280, negotiable!

  there is no scratches...its just dust...I have been using my protective cover the whole time so its impossible that there are scratches...and I didn't even dropped it before.  Don't worry.
