sq feet = square feet
price is quoted usually as $xxx psf which means $xxx per square foot..
total cost of the place is $xxx multiplied by the area so if it is 607 sq feet, it would cost 607 multipled by $xxx
in this case, if it is $645,000 and a floor area of 607 sq feet, the cost is $1,062 psf
don't confuse people...
at $1,062 for the project, it's very very expensive as it was written in the website:

Estimate on pricing is not out yet but we reckon it could be around 8XXpsf range since the breakeven cost is about $680psf.

Then in that case, please amend your original post to say '607 sqf' or something to that effect....
You are misleading prospective buyers by saying '607 psf'.
