URGENT**apartment room @ orchard rent out for only 300

  i'm finding a roommie to share this room with me
  i'm currently a student
  18 and i'm a girl
  
  the room was located at orchard
  it's far east service aparment
  which is the apartment that up to far east shopping centre
  it's town
  and it just take 5 minutes to orchard mrt and less than 5 minutes to a bus stop
  the room rental is 600
  so if you become my roommate
  we'll just divide the rental
  and it will be a 300 for every month
  the apartment interior design is freaking nice
  air cond and wireless is provided
  utility bills included
  i think this should be the best ever deals?
