List of things to buy (need help with location/shop finding)

As the title suggests, i am going to buy a few things. looking for kind souls/ informative people in the forums that have seen or know of shops or location to buy the things as stated below. for any item you know of a place to buy, pls do state a price range and comment if it looks nice from a personal point of view hahas. Thanks in advance
1) vest- eg: http://nifty-fits.com/Catalog/uo08h51034_Blue.jpg (somewhat like this.)
sleeveless, dark blue, black or grey preferably, if possible buttons/ the vest breaks apart in middle
2) tie- hot pink/ blue/ black ;hot pink more impt =) can be fake ties so long it matches the colours stated
3) black jeans, broad around the thigh area, maybe baggy jeans (77th street ex.? lol.) Levis o?

lol. paragon EX leh. 94 is my year of birth but its for graduation night so my parents do let me spend a little more money. bugis o.O did visit but some had no stock damn. went to JP still~ lol. it's over anyway :D
