I got a shop in Bedok Reservior area (about 250 sq ft) but don't know what to do with it.
Anyone has any workable business idea ? I settle the rental, you set up and run it.
I have a full time job, so impossible for me to be at shop location.
I may put in some minor capital, depending on the type of trade.
Profit sharing depending on capital + effort. Interested parties, pls reply by email.
It would help you alot if you provide the address of your shop for rent.
So that potential tenants can visit the location to assess the feastability of their business in the area.
i don't want property agent come knocking my door, but it is near to Sheng Song with good exposure that one would not miss the shop.
If that's your reason, then you will need to wait for someone who will rent your shop AT YOUR OWN CONVENIENCE.
You want to rent out your shop, but you refused to be inconvenienced to make it convenient for your potential tenants.

In the 1st place, i didn't put the subject as "shop to rent", it is the adminstrator who replace my subject from "Biz partnership".
I looking for someone who wanted to start a business, but don't have a ready location and not having to commit to a rental lease. Hence, I am not asking for rentals.
Secondly, I like to mix with people with entrepreneurship and strong desire to succeed and enjoy seeing how the business grows.
Running profitable business becomes my hobby, rather than a job. The place is not really suits food biz as it is too small. Maybe a counter for bubble tea only.
