Motorola Defy less than a week old for sale!

Just bought it on 5th March (can show receipt of proof) with my Starhub plan for my mother. But she couldn't get used to using a touch screen phone so selling it off.... So technically its only 2 days old :)
I'm willing to let go at $500 as it's retailing at $528 without the plan.

One of the special features of this phone wld be that it is water and scratch resistant.. So supposedly a "tough" phone and Motorola's latest Android phone.
