  Looking to let go at $120. Bought from Fall Factor about a year ago at $199.

  Still in excellent condition. To note: one of the closing straps is mildly frayed, but this is only visible upon close inspection. See pics below for condition.
  
  Have used this for school and it's great for holding your laptop and books. Completely waterproof with independently floating truck tarp inner liner with heavily padded shoulder strap.
