graphic calculators sold at Mustafa cheaper?

  My poly lecturer told me the all calculators are much cheaper at Mustafa than at Popular or other places.
  
  Do they sell the TI 84 plus Silver edition? That's the one I need.

  They are cheaper because they are export sets and dont come with warranty.

  I dunno, i've only been to mustafa like once in my life, I think it was in 1998.
