WTS: Near mint sz8 Lebron 9 & Air Max 1, New Lebron Tee S

I have some items up for sale here:
Nike Lebron 9 - US8 / UK7 - Used without box.
- They are too small at the toebox for my wide feet.
- Near mint condition. Worn them less than 10 times. Hooped only once. You can see even the tranction patterns at the forefoot are nearly intact. Those hoop would know what this mean.
- I can provide other shoebox if needed.
- These are S$279 retail.
- Asking price S$99.
Air Max 1 Premium "Pimento" - US8 / UK7 - Used with box.
- Bought them about 2 weeks back. Chilled in them a couple of times. In real decent condition.
- The leather (inner) at the ankle on the lateral is hard, I dont like it.
- Comes with the original box.
- Retail for there are S$139.
- Asking price S$99.
Nike Lebron tee - Small - New without tag.
- Bought it about the same time with the Pimento.
- Tried it on once, and I dont like the sleeve length.
- The wrinkles shown in the photographs are due to the way I hung it folded half and the hanger was not as wide as the tee.
- Retail S$49.
