have been seeing my ppl buying salt water fish after the showing of "NEMO". Any1 here knows how much the maintenance and the price for setting up a small one?

i saw a lot of clown fishes (nemo) at fish shops selling at $3 each, but maintenance is very important and salt water fish are more difficult to maintain as you need to buy sea salt and u need to know how much to put....quite troublesome...anyway the real clownfish doesnt look like nemo anyway...

Watched it on news and they were estimating at least $1k for the whole setup. The clown fish, tho' cheap to buy is costly to maintain.
Parents shouldn't be buying the fish just becuz their kids wants them.
