  selling gym quipment sets at $250.
  
  consist of a foldable bench which can be used for weight lifting, abs training. all in one. takes up very little place as it can be folded.
  no rust, orginal plastic is around, paint still intact. as good as new.
  
  a W bar, no rust. clean n shining.
  
  rubber weights.
  
  5 dumbells. 2 metals, 3 plastic.
  
  a belt for spine protection.

  can i just buy the protein powder? what is the nutrition profile of the protein powder and how heavy is one tub of it? oh and how does it taste? flavour...
