Looking for a place to call home

  hi everyone! am a foreign medical talent slated to work in Singapore at the IMH by April 2004. i am 29/f, looking for a place to call home for the next two years. other than HDB, i'd like to know where i can rent a room and preferably have female housemates for company. much thanks!

  u looking for which area? IMH very near my hse. BUT no free room available

  hello again to all!
  
  my budget for the room is S$500 and below. am trying to save as i will be starting out on my own here in Singapore. am looking to rent preferably near buangkok, hougang areas (but other locations within 30 min of IMH ok). will also try looking at other sites. thanks in advance guys!
  
  btw, to those who asked: i'm from the philippines. (nope, i'm not a nurse, sorry to disappoint those who wished i was, hehe, just kidding!)
