1) If you state the floor area of the condo to be in square feet, people can at least have a better vision of how big the area is. 150sqm is deemed to be small.
2) Home appliances, would usually mean that the condo is partially furnished. You should state partially furnished with home appliances. As with fully furnished, comes with furniture...
3) Should also state how far the bus stop or mrt line is... or since its at science park, then there should be a direct bus to mrt.... -

Something I want to clarify are as follows:
1) the condo is fully furnished with all kinds of furnitures and home appliances.
2)there is a bus stop for 10,30,51,143,188,200, but MRT is not near;
3)the original price is $1800/mon, now for a short rent (23 April to later July), it can be lower than $1600/mon.
4)the condon is quite new and beautiful, with new furnitures and a swimming pool in the yard.
