- English speaking
- Diploma or degree holders
- Have been working for less than 2 years
- IT savvy

Group 2 (4 May, 6.30pm)
- Working males/ females aged 25-34
- English speaking
- Singles/ married no kids
- Diploma, degree or post-grad degree holders
- Have been working for 1.5years or more
- IT savvy
Resp fee: $60 Groups 3 & 4 (5-6 May, 6.30pm)
- Working males/ females aged 35-45
- PMEBs (Professionals, Managers, Executives, Businessmen)
- English speaking
- Married with kids

We are still short of respondents for this category for Gateway 2, but with a slightly changed criteria. Appointments will be made with those who fit the profile, to meet up and do an approximately 40 minutes face-to-face interview.

Have tried Internet banking but seldom use it OR currently use Internet Banking for Credit Card related matters. e.g. view credit card statements.
