I got one single female colleague who has just renovated her 3room flat at bukit batok. Her location is just a few minute walk to Bukit Gombak MRT.Nice, cosy and warm. She wants to rent out her master bedroom for around $400. Price negotiable.
The situation is-shes seldom at home and will be travelling to her mum's place often than her new house at bb. Any1 interested? I have her new house's photos if you wan. Drop me a line if you are interested.
