i called them up the other day, apparently i can "stack" the vouchers , meaning if i have a $180 bill i can use 3 vouchers and top up the rest with cash. but that day decided not to go down so cancelled the reservation. if i need to go down and stack vouchers i will call up, confirm that i can do it, get the fella's name, and insist on wat i was promised if in the end they say cannot.
might even record the conversation on my handphone.
