i solved numerous PC problems and upgrades from suggections and tips offered by forumers over there, no matter what type of brands or pC u using.
but have to fix the prob urself lar.
pls take note to post ur problem and provide sufficient infor on the fault so
that forumers can help u better....all for free.
there are experienced and knowlegdeable ppl out there willing to help

PC or Laptop is not free and yet you will spend thousand of dollar to buy for it.
Eat at home is free so nobody will eat at hawker centre, restaurant, food court,...
Take public transport is cheap so nobody will take a cab, buy own vehicle,...
watch TV is free so nobody will go for movie, buy VCD, DVD,...
Listen to radio is free so nobody will buy music CD,...

So pls install a good anti-virus program and update and patch ur computer every now and then... If u really kenna a deadly virus then seek for help else i dun tink tat kind of money shld be spent.
Install good Spyware and Adware programs to keep ur computer safe too. -

Firstly, update the virus definitions, run a full system scan, and delete all files that are detected as W32.Parol@mm.
Secondly, delete the value that the worm added to the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run -

yeh take public transport is cheap coz not everyone can affort a car
watch TV is not free have to pay $9.17 every month unless ur parent paying for u
radio received programs are free but the radio costs money, unless u liten from the radio ur parents buy for u
i buy pcs and laotops and they are all first hand stuff, i dun mind paying thousands for it, i pay for my own food unlike some who eat off friends or dun pay for food at all, i am proud to pay for transport in sg coz public transport here in sg is not cheaper than oowning a second hand cheapo car, i take cab when i am outstation at work,i pay for the monthly SCA tv fees, telephone bills, and internet access too, radio is free but i seldom listen to them but i spenda lot on music and videos dics - most original not pirated.

Not everyone is tech-savy, and when their pc failed, they engaged someone to repair for them. This is perfectly fine. Let someone earn a living when they can & willing, he is not cheating or stealing.... Let's be more friendly in this forum

Thats right.
We should encourage people who wants to work for their money. Afterall, if the service isn't that good, you can always let the world know about them in this forum again.
I agree to those who mentioned about virus and spywares. I do noticed that many surfers are not aware or don't give a damn about it until too late (unable to access Internet). I am often detailed out to perform "miracle cure" or "laying of hands" for these cousins of mine for free. Maybe I should tell them, "The clinic is closed indefinitely"
Guys and gals, prevention is better than cure. There are tons of good fellas out there who can help you.
Get Anti-virus software.
Get Anti Spyware software.
Get Firewall software.
Importantly, Update em often.
Another important thing to note, DO NOT click YES on web popups saying that it is beneficial to download programs from certain websites unless you know implicitly what they are. Most of the time they are simply spywares or trojans.
