To qualify:
1. You are making more than 4 minutes of outgoing calls a day and/or you make overseas calls to the region.
2. Your company (or daddy) is not paying your phone bills.
3. You like helping others to save on their phone bills.
How it works:
You must have a free-incoming plan. If not, you can always change your existing plan to the cheapest free-incoming one. When you want to make a call, either send a SMS or call a destinated number (but hang up immediately). The system will call you back (hence free-incoming) and you talk at 5 cents a minute (local) instead of 15 cents. No membership fee required.
How to get rewarded:
The referral program pays a 5% commission up to 5 levels of referral and 1% up to the 10th level. It's a MLM that took me 15 minutes to make a sale because the product is good. Unlike other MLM products that can take up to months to be trained before one can start selling, this one takes 10 minutes to learn. Unlike other products that requires $$$ to become member, this one has none. Unlike other products that sales talk until “saliva dry”, this one is a no-brainer.
I just made 10 sales in 2 weeks. If you're not ambitious and could only managed, say, 4 and each of these 4 make another 4 more, you've breakeven! If this continues to 5 levels, you're be getting $1,364 a month. At 10 levels, that would be $280,711.20!! did a search on this before... you know something's fishy when every site that someone is trying to push this thing says "this is not a scam" in the first paragraph...
the harder you try to convince someone of a fishy scheme not being a scam, the fishier it smells...

Seems like the 1cellnet is something quite different from this. The facts are:
1) This does not take in membership fee or must buy what package to stay at what position in the MLM.
2) This service is operational and one can start saving immediately.
3) If one do not wish to join in the MLM (due to the bad taste, or whatever), he/she does not need to.
I'm not selling the MLM. The product has to be good and make sense. You can view the money earning part as a by-product. MLM is just a way to market the product. Just as how slimming center spent tens or hundreds of thousand to advertise on the various media.
So how can it be a scam?
I cannot guarantee that anyone can and will make money. I can't even guarantee that the company will be around next month. Just like you pay thousands upfront for a slimming or training course - how can you be so sure that the slimming centre or school will close door half way? You just pay $20 to use it as it comes along. -

why are everyone (no brainers included) still slogging so hard everyday, working to stay alive?
