how much should a HDB 4-room flat cost these days?
Need to know to make some decisions.

I asked agents and read newspapers, researched HDB resale prices found many 4-rm above S$200K. Some 3-rm already S$160K - S$170K. Sigh!
Anyone of you bought a flat recently? If so what type? what size, what location and what price?
Summary: How much will you pay for a 4-room HDB flat?

150k last time.... now i tink risen to 180k - 200k.... depends on the size and location too....
