My mum is renting a room at Dunlop Street. We stay in a shophouse. It's just opposite Sim Lim Towers and Sim Lim Square. It's a 5 mins walk to Bugis MRT! Great for someone who wants to live near town. Takes around 10-15 mins by bus to get to Orchard (got direct bus). Room is airconditioned. Lots of coffee shop around so getting food is never a problem! Rental is $350 for 1 person, $400 for 2 persons. But we have a pet dog so u must be ok with dogs
